How does Riiffs Momento smell?
Sugar and saffron meet at the start of Riiffs Momento, with mandarin to lighten them. Saffron is warm, leathery and a little metallic, sugar is plain sweetness, and the mandarin keeps a juicy edge so the top does not turn heavy too early.
Tonka bean, Damask rose and oud form the heart: almond-soft sweetness, a rich red rose and dark, resinous wood. Caramel, amberwood and cedar close it. The caramel deepens the sugar of the top, amberwood adds a dry, radiant warmth and cedar a clean woody line, so the whole reads as sweet, rosy and woody.
